This class helps you define your "Successful Breastfeeding Experience" and covers topics such as the case for breastfeeding, how to prepare before delivery for successful breastfeeding, what you need to know about the hospital stay, correct latch and nursing position options, who should be on your support team, possible supplies and more!

EVERY attendee will receive a very special goodie bag filled with free items and coupons to several stores. In addition, each class will include giveaways from Pottery Barn Kids, Boppy, Medela and more! Light refreshments will be served.

Prep for Babes for Supporting Family Members and Friends - Expecting Mothers Not Allowed!
Is your sister, daughter, granddaughter or best friend expecting and planning to breastfeed? You as her supporter can make a big difference in her successful breastfeeding experience. I credit my mom and older sister for saving my breastfeeding ability in the beginning. In this class, you will learn the breastfeeding benefits to your loved one and her baby, build a resource binder to give her as a gift and learn how to most help her in various situations. We will communicate very honest expectations, possible challenges and advice. This class is excellent especially if you as her supporter did not breastfeed.  

EVERY attendee will receive a Prep for Babes binder plus articles, resources and more to give to the expecting mother. Light refreshments will be served.
